  • It is sited at the altitude of more than 1000 feet, Pachmarhi hasmyriad attractions like ancient caves and beautiful monuments. Widely famed as the name of Queen of Satpura, this place sits beautifully and ornamented by greeneries of nature and history amidst Satpura range. Myth says during their exile time, the Pandava brothers visited Pachmarhi. In the time of 1857, Captain James Forsyth discovered this beautiful region placed between the hills. During monsoon, Pachmarhi becomes a newlywed bride. There is greenery all around; the chirping of birds creates a heavenly environment. Ancient caves of Buddhist era with serene waterfalls frame its elegance.

  • Pachmarhi is renowned for its local honey products and ayurvedic medicines. Mahashivaratri mela is one of the biggest festivals celebrated in Pachmarhi. This festival is celebrated in the month of February to celebrate the wedding ceremony of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvathi. Another six-day festival, Pachmarhi festival features a good amount of enlightening programs and art performances. The event begins from December 25th and ends on 31st of Dec and held every year. The artists from all over India arrive and give their performance.  A majority of these programs showcase the folk arts of the country thereby playing an important part in preserving the country’s rich cultural heritage.

    • Mahadeo Hill

    Mahadeo hill is known for an ancient shrine of Lord Shiva.The holy shrine holds a divine idol of Lord Shiva containing one of the most beautiful shivalingams in all over India.

    • Priyadarshini Point

    Priyadarshini point gives an eagle’s eye alike view of the entire Pachmarhi hill station and its serene landscape.

    • Bee Fall

    Bee fall offers picturesque view to the tourists and popular for nature sightseeing places. The waterfall is also the source of drinking water for the local habitants.

    • Pandav Caves

    Pandav caves are holy places and assume to have been a sanctuary of the Pandavs for the period of their separation.
