Cancellation

• Once payment has been made cancellation/amendment /confirmation will be accepted only in writing.• Retention charges are applicable• Cancellation from 15 days before date of the arrival for FIT bookings, full retention will be charged.Cancellation from 30 days before date of the arrival for GIT bookings, 50 % retention will be charged. • One night stay deposit guarantee needs to be made at time of booking. The booking is on a non-refundable basis but can be amended for a future date.• All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card / cash to be deposited in bank (before check-in). By virtue of confirmation on this non-refundable rate, the guest authorizes the hotel to charge a one night stay deposit on his credit card / bank deposit at the time of booking. In case the guest wishes to cancel the reservation, a one night cancellation charge will settled against the deposit.• In case of amendment no charges would be levied provided the same is done 72 hrs prior to arrival.• Amendment in the dates of Check-out should be informed at the time of Check -in other wise - One Night retention is applicable.We would request you to return a copy of this contract duly sealed & signed by the authorized signatory of your organization as an acceptance of the same.
